Default van halen oct 26 2004

does anyone have a recording of van halens show in calgary in october 26th 2004? i was living in banff at the time, and i went during the day and i didnt have money for those crazy 4 or 5 star rip off deals, and i heard the bands soundcheck during the afternoon clear as day at the back door where they load everything in, and then later on i heard them playing for the fans who were allowed in. they ripped through running with the devil with vocals and im the one as well. it was insane and really really good. during the day they were soundchecking jump almost the whole time and seemed to be tweaking alex's drums for a long time. eddie did a crazy 8 minute solo out of no where. very intense. hearing those soundchecks and that and being the only one around other than the crew, was the coolest thing i ever did and heard. i remember some dude yelling at me for going near alex's roadie cases.

Man, just hearing about it like that is bringing back memories of my 5-star trip in 2004. It gives me chills. It was really awesome. Soundcheck was really the best part for me.

Sorry though, I wasn't at that one and I don't have any recordings of it.

WTG, RM! You said something original!

VERY cool experience for you! I hope you can get a boot of it. And you share it, of course.

yes i did say something honest and original. people take what i type too seriously and not as being satirical or comical. yes i raised a few shit storms but some people lost it more than i did and they dont get freaked on.

but yea this is one of the only shows ive never seen in circulation at all.
it was a solid show. i had to leave during right now to catch a bus back to banff or i wouldve been stranded there all night with no bucks. lol
if i can find this show, i would definetly share it for sure, as it would be a rare find.

someone has it, and has been hoarding it all this time. cmon...
