Default Going to Disneyland, any suggestions

I am taking my family down to Anaheim in April for 3 days at Disneyland followed by a few days in San Diego for the Zoo and maybe aquarium.
Any must do's we should do.
I remember a post about VH being a part of the new Space Mountain (soundtrack) awhile back, anything ever come of it?

Maybe I'll see Mike there, I hear he goes alot.

If you are flying to DisneyLand I would suggest flying into the Anehiem Airport not LAX. John Wayne Airport is about 20 minutes to DisneyLand via cab, LAX is a minimum of a hour, more like 90 minutes via cab and maybe more with traffic.

Bring comfortable shoes. If you are going to attend Disneyland for more than one day get a fast pass so you dont have to wait in line each day for tickets. Lines for rides can be long, get fast pass tickets for rides, its gives you a specific time later in the day that you can go on that ride and skip right past the huge lines. California adventure is cool, espicially for the little kids. One ticket gets you into DisneyLand and Cal Adventure.
    ((Just My Two Cents))
And thats about what its worth.

I second the "fast pass ticket" ticket idea... Great move...

if you can, stay till it closes, because near 10 o clock (or whenever it closes) you can ride all the rides with no or little wait whatsoever.

i went to disney world with a lacrosse team that i was once on and me and a group of buds waited an hour to go on Splash mountain, and then an hour and 30 to go on space mountain. Splash mountain and space mountain are directly opposite from eachother too. At this time it was like 9 30, so we busted ass back across the park to thunder mountain railroad, and waited 20 minutes to do.

9:50, we spring over to splash mountain and ride that sucker. and then we were like "ok we gotta go on space mountain again." It was about 9:55 and we sprinted across the whole park and got on the last cars on space mountain. Pretty much the most kickass thing thats ever happened to me, ever.

Go to California adventure. You can drink there. And hit the coaster, "California Screamin", shit, we rode that thing over and over.AVOID the "Tower of Terror". Huge lineup and very lame (i had to piss SO bad and the lineup was 2 hours. Then the "ride" was an up and dowm shakey thing, not good when your bladders full). Of course, do the old Disneyland too, the classics still hold up.A great place.Have fun!

Even better than Fast Pass are the VIP tickets. Very expensive. No waiting, straight onto rides, all day any time, enter through the ride exits. Unfortunately, you have to endure the envious and bitter stares of thousands of others as you bypass humongous lines.

The Zoo in SD is cool, the Wild Animal Park's even better, if you take one of the safari jeeps into the preserves. Sea World is also bueno, as is the Gaslamp District, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, and Old Town. San Diego pretty much rocks.

I have actually seen Mikey there! You should knock around Hollywood if you got a day and a rental car. Check out Melrose, Sunset Blvd. Guitar Center, Hollywood Blvd. You can even go up to Citywalk @ Universal Studios.

The Atomic Punks may even be playing while your in town!

Do it now before that whole coastline becomes part of the ocean floor.
