    Default Van Halen Memorabilia

Saw this on CBS "Sunday Morning" show this morning... it's a huge collection of rock-n-roll memorabilia collected by rock promoter Bill Graham. Original tickets, posters, t-shirts, etc... There is some VH stuff there.

Bill Graham was the Ultimate Rock Promoter until his untimely death. He promoted the top acts as well as Van Halen. I just came across a ticket of a "Bill Graham presents Van Halen" September, 1982....that (and I'm ashamed to say..I didn't go!)..I forfeited the concert at the Cow Palace in San Francisco to hang with a boyfriend...UGH...my only opportunity and I blew it. But all is not lost...Seeing DLR in Concert is Kick *ss, but in order to see Ed, which I did get that dream come true at the 2004 Tour in Los Angeles. I thought the concert was dull, but the highlight was Ed and Wolfgang's guitar duet.
DLR credits Bill Graham in his book, "Crazy from the Heat".
