Oh yeah, the Brewers' 90 wins this year won't get it done.
But 2007 is playoff time for the Crew!!!

It might be optimistic, but with the Brewers in the NL Central where it won't take much to shift the balance of power, you never know...

The Marlins will be seen in the parking lot and on the streets surrounding Joe Robbie Stadium with cardboard signs reading "Will Play For Ball Park"?

The Devil Rays may be improved - or they may not be. Never can tell with that bunch until they've played 162

The Red Sox will be battling fiercly with the Yankees - for second place behind the Blue Jays?

Aw, hell - they're all 0-0 for another few weeks.

Sosa's agent is saying that Sammy is retiring.

    Thanks for the memories, Sammy!

Yep, the Brewers will be a surprise to a lot of people, especially their bullpen. If the Cardinals would just move to Arizona and change divisions.
    Just go for it!

I hope the Rangers are able to somehow land the Rocket, otherwise it'll be 3rd place finish again at best...

And speaking of the Brewers I wish we still had Doug Davis, I always thought he was underrated and is waiting for a breakout season.

I'd like to see the Rangers do something for a change but i'll still favor my A's for tops in the AL West again this year.

Yep the Mariners should be right in the hunt again.....Ahhh who the hell am I kidding. The Mariners didnt do a lot to improve the pitching situation, a few offesive pieces and a Japanese catcher. Its going to be a frustrating season in Marinerville. Bill Bavasi is a horrible judge of TALENT and a TEAMS NEEDS. I sure miss Pat Gillick.

I don't think the Red Sox are done yet, so I'm not going to try to figure out where they stand. Right now, they have a very good team, but they still will likely need to deal Wells. And there is always the Manny situation - I think they'd move him if they could get a pitcher, hitter and prospect back in some way.

Should be a fun season, that's for sure. Lots of questions up and down the AL east.

Twins will be lucky to even finish 3rd in the AL Central.
CHICAGO WHITE SOX - 2005 WORLD CHAMPIONS

The Chicago White Sox (1901-present) - The Original SOX - Proof

    The Boston Americans (1901)
    The Boston Somersets (1902)
    The Boston Pilgrims (1903-1906)
The Boston Red Sox (1907-present) - Proof

The Pilgrims/Americans/Somersets whatever you want to call them, have NEVER displayed "SOX" anywhere on their caps, jerseys, or merchandise, therefore they shouldn't be referred to as such. However, the White Sox have used "SOX" since 1912.

The SOX are in Chicago...we just allow the Pilgrims/Americans/Somersets to use the name.

Default Guillen calls A-Rod hypocrite in SI for WBC decision

    from www.espn.com:

Another spring, another member of the Sox taking shots at Alex Rodriguez. This time, however, it isn't the Boston Red Sox; it's Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen.

Guillen, in an interview with Sports Illustrated, targeted A-Rod's much-publicized back and forth standing whether to play in the World Baseball Classic for the Dominican Republic or United States.

"Alex was kissing Latino people's asses," Guillen, who's from Venezuela, said in the most recent issue of Sports Illustrated. "He knew he wasn't going to play for the Dominicans; he's not a Dominican!"

Rodriguez, who has dual citizenship in the Dominican Republic and United States, decided to play for the American squad after once saying he wasn't going to play in the WBC because choosing a team was too difficult. Guillen apparently found his wishy-washy attitude to be disingenuous.

"I hate hypocrites: He's full of [expletive]," Guillen told Sports Illustrated. "The Dominican team doesn't need his ass. It's the same with [Nomar] Garciaparra playing for Mexico. Garciaparra only knows Cancun because he went to visit."
