    Default Pedals set up

Ok I have a Peavey Triple XXX half stack and I want to know how I would work this

I want to have Phaser, Flanger, Delay, Reverb, and Chorus in my effects loop, then I want the chromatic tuner to be in between my amp and my guitar so it tunes more accurately. The problem is that I dont know how I'd power all of the pedals. I don't want to use batteries. Suggestions?

Luckily, there are some devices that power your pedals:

Or get one of these, in addition with a wall-wart power adapter.

I was thinking of something like this

-I would have the tuner between the guitar and amp (for more accurate tuning)
-Tuner, Flanger, Delay, Reverb, Chorus all in the same power loop
-Phaser powered seperately (due to input being on a different side than the boss pedals)
-Phaser, Flanger, Delay, Reverb, Chorus in the effects loop

I want to take this diagram to the local guitar store and see if they can get me these things, any suggestions?

I have all those pedals in my setup...although they are all Boss. So I bought I Boss pedalboard off Ebay (I think its the BCB 90 or something) that holds six pedals. It has a built in power source, so you connect all pedals to one cord and then the whole board plugs into the wall. It does take a certain kind of transformer to plug into the wall.

It is sweet! And you just unplug it and attach the lid at the end o the night and you are good to go.

I used to have one of those and I highly recommend them.

I have since simplified and all my effects are racked based with one midi board.

Yeah, its funny...I think there are various stages people go through when buying pedals. I started with the tuner, then got a chorus. Then it seemed like I started buying one a week! Now I gotta learn how to use em!

I can definately see simplifying in the future...the prob is I play on such small stages I hardly have room for my board. Plus I go to step on my phaser and I will accidently hit the tuner and cut off the signal! Then I get the dirty looks from the bandmates

But I love my board, can't believe I got so lucky on the first one cus I really didnt know what I was doing, but its sweet!

This one is ok...I have it and there are drawbacks. First, when you pick it up, the pedals fall off, even with velcro. I drilled holes in mine and secured my pedals with zip ties. Also, you lose a LOT of space if you use a wah, as I do. That said, I have an Aramat Green Machine, Boss Super Chorus, Digitech delay, and an EVH MXR alnog with a Cry Baby. That's all that fits and I have my delay on the board sideways to make it happen...

The plus is that power bar...That's a nice feature...If you don't have many pedals like me, this is a solid unit...Very durable, as well...
    Can't stop...addicted to the shindig...
