    Default you youngsters...!

y'all don't seem to realize that in '78 ....ozzy himself said , " man we toured with these guys and they just kicked our fukin' asses every night, and eddie is just unbe fukin lievable...

And you think its just coincidence that ozzy leaves and happens to find R Rhodes

believe what ya want kids ...it's just the truth...! Ozzy knew better...

everything stepped up a notch when ed and the boys hit the scene...

    btw..this post is intended to y'all that are under 34 or 35 maybe...cuz ya don't know shit...you weren't there...and yes i'm an old fart !
now go to bed ya lil' fucker....

Unless you attended concerts in diapers or before you entered kindergarten... then you've only seen Van Hagar. Not that it matters a whole lot but there are a few measurable differences!!

Not quite sure what ole Stimey is trying to teach the kids though... most here have paid attention to thier CVH history classes. Sometimes it's getting embarassing to see how some of my fellow old farts behave...

I like the fact that this site has younger posters. Reminds me of loving Zeppelin and the Doors when I went to HS. It's gotta be rough bein' a Van Halen in High School now.

It's not that rough.. The only thing I would consider close to that is when we have dances, and they play hip hop, and all this crap. My best friend is a VH fan, so it's not all that bad. Liking classic rock/van halen also helps establish better relationships with your teachers, relating to the music they like is always cool.

VH became 'safe' with Hagar. Watchin' a live CVH show was like being a sober passenger in a car full of drunks.

Well, you know what I mean.

Youngster...well I guess that's me. I have to say that anyone on this board whole heartedly agrees with you. Unfortunately, the people that do need to read something like that are frequenting Coldplay and Metallica websites.

I am on a personal crusade to educate my generation, but it appears at this point that most in my generation would rather hear over-produced euro babble or no-talent-noise bands than anything VH. It's a shame...and if I see one more suburban white kid rapping in his SUV, I'm gonna mushroom slap 'em.
CNN may think my opinion matters, but you shouldn't.

Yes, you hate Sammy Hagar. We know what you mean. Did you have anything to add pertaining to the topic?

Like 'em or not, Poison is still better than 99% of the bands that have come on the scene since the 90's.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em. -
