I received some of his Hot Sauce just in time for the Holiday and it is very, very good and HOT!

You can get it at his site or Mike and Diane's Gourmet Kitchen website; gourmet food stores that sell specialty hot sauces might have some.

You can get both versions of the BBQ sauce at your local Hard Rock cafe, but they don't carry the mustard or hot sauces.

Speaking of Mike, in the local paper I receive here in Johnson City, TN, they had a little write up and picture about his hot sauce in the "Fave Foods of the Famous" section. They ask just a few questions and had the recipe for his grilled skirt steak and sweet potato fries. Sounds very tasty! Pretty cool, thought I would share the info.

Well share the goods my friend! What are the recipes? (Sorry I can't help myself, I love trying new foods. And yes, I know this isn't the FoodNetwork board, LOL).

There was only one recipe in the article. Here ya go!!

"Mad Anthony's Grilled Skirt Steak & Sweet Potato Fries"

*10-14 ounce certified Angus beef skirt steak
*Mad Anthony's Original Style Barbecue Sauce
    *2 large sweet potatoes
    *Oil for deep frying
    *Sugar
    *Ground cinnamon

Brush steak with sauce on both sides and refrigerate for one hour. Cook on outdoor grill or under broiler to preferred doneness. Peel the sweet potatoes, then cut into fries or waffle shape.
While steak is cooking let oil heat, then fry potatoes for about 7-8 minutes until golden. Allow to drain completely on paper towels. Sprinkle with a slight touch of sugar and/ or cinnamon. Serve steak along with sauteed onions and mushrooms, if desired. Enjoy with salad and dinner rolls.

    There ya have it! Enjoy!!

I saw Mike last year on Sams tour.I was on stage on that Catina bleacher thing. When Mike looked my way I fliiped him off.My wife asked why are you giving him the bird.I told her he does that on his web site in most of his pictures.I hope Mike knew I was flipping him off out of respect and not being an asshole.
