Default Who is the MVP of the NFL?

    I am voting for Alexander.

Every defense knows that Alexander is going to run the ball, yet they can't stop him. Every team knows that the Seattle recievers are mediocre at best, so they defend the run more than the pass, yet, Alexander gets the ball. Alexander has had MAYBE 18 receptions, so the defense knows Alexander is going to get the ball and run. Why can't they stop this guy??? He IS the MVP! Who is in your opinion, the MVP. Most Valuable Player of the NFL?
    Let's hear what YOU think.
    Just go for it!

Terrell Ow...oh...we're talking about players that actually HELP their franchises.

I'm throwing in another vote for Alexander, although I think Barber and Manning deserve a nod too. Can't say enough about the way Carson Palmer has performed this year as well.

As you noted though, every defense knows Shaun is coming, yet they can't stop him. He's a machine..a machine that deserves to be PAID. You hear that Holmgren?? Stop fuckin him over and PAY him already.

I agree with all the good things people have said about Alexander. He has been a great player for us all year. He has had help with a killer offensive line and Mack Strong at fullback giving excellent blocking support for him all year.

I have a hard time because is Alexander more valuable to the 'Hawks than Manning is to the Colts? Or how 'bout Palmer? Barber? Brady?

My heart goes with Alexander but my mind goes with all of them because they are all deserving.

I think it's fucking sick that Edgerrin isn't getting the credit he deserves. Peyton will get the votes, but Edge is our MVP this year, and if I want, I could make a strong case as to why he's the MVP of the NFL, too.

Tiki should win the MVP- he's carrying his team down the stretch unlike some other players whose teams pretty much wrapped up a playoff spot weeks ago, and he is having an amazing year

Tom Brady, he is arguably having the best season of his career in a year where the Pats have had countless injuries and a new offesive coordinator. The Pats might be a 3 win team without him.

Funny how defense wins championships, but mostly only offensive guys get voted for MVP

I'd probably go with Alexander, although it sure helps with a few Pro Bowl linemen in front of him. Sure wish Tomlinson could get that some day...Chargers haven't had a Pro Bowler on the O-line since the Fouts era. This year alone San Diego has only had one lineman start every game. As recent as two years ago they had the lowest paid O-line in the league.

Ok, there goes my rant about the woes of the Charger line.

    Alexander...

I have to go with either Payton Manning or a long shot with Tom Brady for keeping that Pats team together with all the injuries thourghout the year. The Pats are my pick as a sleeper in the playoffs to win the Superbowl, again.
