    Default Nice work

Right on dude! Nicely done! I was also impressed that you are indeed a Lynch guy. George is so freakin cool, after having met him and seen him several times, the guy is just the shit! Your "Dokken-esque" tune sounds very... well George~!

By the way, why that guitar? Not exactly a shredder? Found it strange seeing you with it? It's a Gibson Thunderbird isn't it? Strange choice but cool to not be a sheep and follow everyone else.

    Peace!

Nuttage was awesome, nice work! I can't believe you're only 16. You're way ahead of where I was at that age. Hell, you're way ahead of me now! I've been playing for almost 28 years and you put me to shame dude. I too found it odd that you'd be playing a Thunderbird in the video. Is that what you're using on the tracks? By the way, what's your recording rig like?

    Thanks for the comments guys.
the dokken-esque song was done with my gibson les paul, and parts of nuttage were done with the firebird, but most of it was the les paul.

I bought the firebird because of Robbin Crosby and Steve Clark (i mean the video for Armgeddon It is just sweet). And the firebird plays sweet too, lots of bite from those mini humbuckers.

i record using guitar port into a program called rifftracker, where you write riffs of certain measure length (mine are usually 8 bars or so) and click and drag them together.

Fuckin killer work dude. I'm a HUGE Lynch guy, although I sound nothing like him as hard as I try. You fuckin nail it man. Got the huge tone and phrasing down man.
