I can't tell you how much time this damn thing sucked up when I was in college. I have fond memories of finally beating Mike Tyson's Punchout and running up and down the hall and telling everyone. LOL

I was also playing Blades of Steel this weekend with my 8 year old nephew. Started a game of Tecmo Bowl until he was getting blown out and he quit. Many memories came back from the Atari and Nintendo days.

It didn't get better than this:

Sammy did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it.
Michael did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it.

A: Eddie Van Halen hands down he threatened all the stage hands that if we wernt all pushed to the side when he got off stage that he would "bash our faces in"

Tecmo Bowl was largely responsible for my grades slipping junior year at Chico State.

NES is the greatest system ever.

So many addicting games were on that system.

Anyone remember Baseball Stars? Every game you won, you got money that you could invest in your players to improves their skills. Kept running stats, league totals, the whole package!
    Talk about addicting.
Super Mario was great as well.

Here is one version. cheap enough and I think the kids will love it!!! Maybe dad too. Might get them this instead of the xbox 360...seriously

    good call

I'm waiting on Nintendo anyway for next gen. They haven't let me down yet. I remember playing the old NES....I'm the same age in fact so I was young when it was around but I remember it well and man...those WERE the days. SNES was great too. But Zelda, Mario, Castlevania, Megaman....plus....has video game music ever improved over those days? I'm still amazed at the great music of those games...and back then....with the relative simplicity of the times....they could spit in a cartdrige and make an enjoyable game and they made games with much better frequency.
