Default My next car (could be yours too)

    This car is fucking insane.

One of my favorite shows called Top Gear (on discovery wednesdays) had this on a while ago. The show was actually put on the cars site for download/streaming. Download it.

Anybody who appreciates cars for more than transportation from point A to point B will shite themselves over this......and it's very affordable.

I give you the Ariel Atom.

    http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/04/frames.htm

Go to press on the left and scroll down to the Top Gear show (it's big, 48 mbs). These guys don't rave about anything unless it truly deserves it. Keep that in mind. I've seen them THRASH the Lamborghini Countach and many other high prestege auto's. They're worthy critiques.

I'm thinking about asking the wifey for a toy.

Indeed. If practical matters such as that enter the equasion, this is not your car. You might be able to fit a small thermos in the "trunk". If a pure driving experience is your intention, or perhaps an occasional lap or two around your local track, this can't be beat, literally.

Agreed. It would be a fun car to run around a track.

I watch it every Wednesday on Discovery. It's the best show on tv if you ask me. I know the US version is editted, but it's still killer!

The Ariel is a pretty radical ride.

I love their little competitions they do every week.

I could go on about this show for hours...

BTW Seen, the "trunk" is the "boot" and the "hood" is the "bonnett"

I considered making a thread on this show alone but figured it'd be too much of a minority thread. Fringe element gearheads and such.

The first two I knew. The second fucked me up a little bit, but came to reckoning eventually with a little help from my Grandmother. She's from England.

But I don't talk to you anymore. You teased me with a Nanny outfit pic and didn't come through. You're very insensitve to the seenster needs. :muchweeping:

    Do it!

I like the fact they are honest in their assessments of vehicles. A good example was last night's Lamborghini Countach review. He drove his dream car and hated it.

Those guys are all really funny especially Clarkson and Hammond...
