    Default Good Ska guitar?

If you read the title you know the question. Anyone have any suggestions?

I also have a question if your familiar with the Clash. In the London Calling album Mick Jones uses some kind of effect that sounds like a phaser on the opening of the song Jimmy Jazz and another song whose name I can't remember. What effect is that? Can anyone shed some light on that? thanks

The guitarist in Mighty Mighty Bosstones is great. He uses a lot of different techniques unlike many ska players. They even did a cover of Aint Talkin Bout Love.

My bad, what I meant to ask was what would be a good guitar to purchase for ska playing.

I think a Telecaster or something with P90's would do the trick - something beefy but edgy, if you know what I mean.
