Default The Semi-Real Commitment list for the 1st Annual VHLinks Summer Nights in Sin City

The Semi-Real Commitment list for the 1st Annual VHLinks Summer nights in Sin City VivaFest Sign-up

So, we really need to get this moving. So i'm gonna put it out there.
I'm going to suggest a time window and i'd like to see a semi-serious commitment answer. The goal is going to be 50 rooms, which is...aw,shit, i have no idea how it breaks down with couples, singles, etc.
What we're currently looking at is, but not near finalized:

@ $600 for a room, total, for 3 nights, being a thurs, fri, Sat., and a sunday afternoon checkout. Right now, we are looking at a late July or late August date. I did a mock airfare search and used July 20th as an arrival date.
Airfare is anywhere, depending on who and when you book. Ive never spent more than $500 for 2 people roundtrip. I just did an expedia search from Phila to Vegas for july 20th, 2006 and it was $223 per person. .and that's non-stop, across the country.
After that, we're looking at setting up cash bars at our big party so we dont have addt'l fee's. We can explore open bars, but there will be a min. fee.
Im thinking between $50-100 per person for all of our prizes and contest and other incidentals as well.
After that, you can plan your own food and gambling/drinking..of course, taking into account that drinking is FREE at casino's, as long as you are at least sitting at a slot machine..and that's any kind of drink you can think of. Smokes are even free at some..So they'll give us drinks all day and night for nada..
So, to me, it looks like a couple can expect to spend @ $1,2oo total and i expect it to come in for significantly less in the end..hopefully @ $5oo per person. That will be a goal, but you gotta plan realistically. keep in mind that if we go Sun-Thurs, it will automatically be significantly less.
So based on that, i want to know, realistically, who thinks they will go?

Pls keep all dates, idea's suggestions, critiques, discussions, etc coming in the other thread and only sign-up, according to what the list asks for in the this thread and tell your VH pals to go to this list to sign-up as well.

Ok folks, we all asked for it, so here is the precipice..who wants to take the leap with me?!!

Pls do like before, copy and paste the list before you and then add your name(s). Also, pls put how many rooms you will be taking, as well as two or three different dates that you think will be best for you, within the contest we are discussing.
    Let's see how it goes.
Today is Aug. 31 and i will leave this go until at least sept. 15.

    Who wants to go?

    1. Perticelli
    2. Mrs. Perticelli...together, one rm.. we are good for july 20th, the 27th, or anytime after the first two wks of Aug.2006

One room, and I'd probably like to share with someone. It's almost a certainty that I'll go if it's during summer.

"You may recognize some of these chemicals. Let's start with cyanide...The one the Aum Shinrikyo cult attempted to use to commit mass murder in a Tokyo subway in May 1995...The same cyanide produced routinely--1.4 million tons per year--for use in the production of plastics, adhesives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and so on. It seems that those who put small amounts of cyanide in subways are terrorists. But those who produce it in mass quantities and contaminate broad reaches of soil, water, and air, killing countless living beings, are not terrorists, but rather capitalists, and are counted among the finest and most powerful people on the planet."
