I believe that I saw this show about 4 years ago.

I am forever indebted to it, because I saw Van Halen on it and recognized some of the songs and downloaded a few, then fell in love.....and the rest, as they say, is history

"You may recognize some of these chemicals. Let's start with cyanide...The one the Aum Shinrikyo cult attempted to use to commit mass murder in a Tokyo subway in May 1995...The same cyanide produced routinely--1.4 million tons per year--for use in the production of plastics, adhesives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and so on. It seems that those who put small amounts of cyanide in subways are terrorists. But those who produce it in mass quantities and contaminate broad reaches of soil, water, and air, killing countless living beings, are not terrorists, but rather capitalists, and are counted among the finest and most powerful people on the planet."

Well if it's a new show, and it isn't, they brought Dimebag back life for it...........

But I don't need any excuse to watch Carmen!

Yeah, that is an old listing. I like Nirvana but I don't agree with them being that high up, certainly not above Van Halen or Guns N Roses. Hell, they don't belong in the Top 20.
Bobby Cohn: Who's going to be at Waynestock?
Wayne Campbell: Um, uh...Aerosmith & Pearl Jam!
Garth Algar: Ha ha ha ha ho!
    Bobby: Who else?
    Garth: Uh, me...and...and Wayne...
    Wayne: ...and uh...VAN HALEN!!!
Garth: Wow. Van Halen. Who else?
    Bobby: Yeah, who else?
Wayne: Uh, an old man fashioning a kayak out of a log?

It's great to see Soundgarden that high up.
If I had my way they'd be higher.

You can't really argue with it b/c it was according to a polling of the
artists (right?). And they seem to know best; it's a good list, IMO.
Though personally, I don't see Metallica or Nirvana ahead of VH, nor
VH ahead of the Who - historically speaking (ducks, covers).

    No need for cover.
I agree with your comments about Metallica or Nirvana being ahead of VH, and the same w/VH ahead of the Who.
    Who knew????
