    Default ? for Sammy fans.......

Are there any of you here who like Sammy better, but think that hte old stuff doesn't sound as good tuned up to 440?

I have never seen VH live, but the stuf I have heard was tuned up and didn't sound right to me for some reason.

I hate standard tuning. I play everything in Eb so E sounds like shit to me anyway. I have recordings from the balance tour and i'm pretty sure they played everything in Eb instead of E. If you listen to Dont tell me studio then live back to back, then u can easily tell it.
Girls are like Guitars, you gotta play a few before you find the right one.

Yeah, the band was tuned a half step flat on the "Balance" and '04 tours.

Also, I'm not sure if they have always done this, but many times I have heard them play "Jump" in D or C# when Sammy sings, as opposed to C or B.

I guess they must have gone back to the Eb tuning, the only stuff I got to hear was off of the right here right now CD and the two songs from VH 1 sounded like crap to me.
