I think their stage is that much bigger though.

Yes, where the drum kit sits on is VERY similar, almost the same.

However, the Motley show (from what I heard) is VERY different. They've actually got 'circus freaks', as in clowns, and of course lots of girls.

Its a lot more than what VH3 show did and even what the Van Hagar reunion shows had.

LOL. Anyway, we're really running out of things to discuss in main, aren't we?
Sammy did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it.

Q: who was the biggest douche that you have worked with?

A: Eddie Van Halen hands down he threatened all the stage hands that if we wernt all pushed to the side when he got off stage that he would "bash our faces in"

Now the new David-Lee-Roth-Van Halen album, “Tokyo Dome In Concert,” is available for purchase, and it’s super, super, super, super, super, super, crazy bad. - Doug Elfman

And why do they have Tommy way back in the next area code? I heard from my buddy at work he thought it was a good show though.

I cannot believe you called the cops on Vince (for everyone else here, I'm not refering to Vince Neil) BTW, great show last night!

The other similiarity I noticed is Motley Crue (like VH) got back together, released a 2CD set of their greatest hits plus 3 new songs and had reunion tour. Here's a bit of information my 15 yr. old told me. The new Motley Crue song "If I Die Tommorrow" is a leftover song that wasn't used for Simple Plan's latest CD. I guess they both had the same producer and he suggested they use it.

The III Tour didn't have nearly as many amps as that.Eddie had 3 or 4 cabinets on stage and that was it.and they weren't even full stacks!

Nikki Sixx denied that when they did their big press conference to announce the tour. Doesn't mean it isn't true though!
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.
