Seen twice and have the record. Love these guys. I think they'll blow up in time. I think they are very underrated. Anyone else like em? Dislike em?

LOVE them! I have seen the 4 times and each of their shows have been great. They are so good to their fans. I have met them all (see pics in link below) They really do grow on you. Lost in the Crowd is and awesome song. Everyone needs to really sit down and listen to that one. They will be back in the studio in April after a 22 month tour. Can't wait for the new stuff! The guitar player, Jasin is married to Ronnie Van Zant's daughter. So they have a lot of southern rock influence and hopefully that will show up more on this next album. I think everyone needs to give them a chance. The lead singer has such a powerful voice! Ok, enough, I guess you can tell I am in love!

They're awesome! Fly from the Inside is killer. I saw them open for =VH= both nights in Chicago. They're sound was terrible the first night except for Simple Man, but the second night everything was working right and they just plain rocked!

If you liked Simple Man, I am sure you love Burning Bright! I was lucky enough to see them play an acoustic show at a little bar the night before the concert with VH. I liked Burning Bright even better than Simple Man! RedRocker.com has some pretty cool pics of them with Sammy too.

Burning Bright is their best I think. The singer has a great voice. They will go far.

Burning Bright is my favorite song . . . the CD totally grows on you . . . Shinedown reminds me a bit of AIC. Can't wait for their next album to come out.

What do you guys think of this band....I saw them open for VH in St. Louis and at the time I was like what the...cause they were tooooo loud. I like loud music, but they were like 12 on a spinal tap vol. level, made them sound shitty....well anyway I got their CD and I think its pretty good...I can hear the singer and he's got a great voice, that was one thing that stood out at the concert, but to hear them on a equal vol level is another thing. Did anybody else see them on the tour and what did you guys think?

Shinedown is quite possibly my favorite band right now. Yes, "Burning Bright" is an amazing song. Essential shit, IMO.

They blow. Everything sounds better drunk, and I was drunk in San Diego and they still sounded bad.

They ruin one of the best songs ever written, Simple Man

"You may recognize some of these chemicals. Let's start with cyanide...The one the Aum Shinrikyo cult attempted to use to commit mass murder in a Tokyo subway in May 1995...The same cyanide produced routinely--1.4 million tons per year--for use in the production of plastics, adhesives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and so on. It seems that those who put small amounts of cyanide in subways are terrorists. But those who produce it in mass quantities and contaminate broad reaches of soil, water, and air, killing countless living beings, are not terrorists, but rather capitalists, and are counted among the finest and most powerful people on the planet."
