Default Poll: VH tunes never played live.

The following is a short list of album tracks that have never been performed live during their "touring years" (1978-present). All other songs have been played in concert in one form or another.

Could This Be Magic? (Women and Children First, 1980)

    "Dirty Movies" (Fair Warning, 1981)

Push Comes To Shove (Fair Warning, 1981) *

One Foot Out the Door (Fair Warning, 1981)

Big Bad Bill (Is Sweet William Now) (Diver Down, 1982)

    Top Jimmy (1984, 1984) * *

    Drop Dead Legs (1984, 1984) * *

    Inside (5150, 1986)

    Feels So Good (OU812, 1988)

    Strung Out (Balance, 1995)

    Doin' Time (Balance, 1995) * * *

    Baluchitherium (Balance, 1995)

Crossing Over (Balance [Japanese version], 1995)

Can't Get This Stuff No More (Best Of Volume 1)

Me Wise Magic (Best Of Volume 1)

    Neworld (III, 1998)

    From Afar (III, 1998)

    Once (III, 1998)

    Primary (III, 1998)

Ballot or the Bullet (III, 1998)
    * Rumored to have been played on the '81 tour, but never confirmed.
    * * Rumored to have been played early in the '84 tour, but never confirmed.
    * * * It can be argued that Doin' Time is a variation on Alex's Latin-flavored drum solos played during the last three 1990's tours.

Some people on this site told me that they saw VH play Feels So Good on the OU812 tour during the first few shows of that tour.

It's funny. My memory says, admittedly watered down from the fuzzy sins of my youth, I heard Dirty Movies at the Forum. Of course the many declared setlists tell otherwise. I wish I could remember if in fact I heard it and forgot it, or it's just wishful thinking.

    Default Some songs played live

Some of the songs on your list have been played live:

Push Comes To Shove - Played in Oakland on the famous MTV video shoot nights.

Big Bad Bill (Is Sweet William Now) - Jan Vh played this with VH once live. It was mentioned in a Guitar Player magazine.

Drop Dead Legs - I seen this played at the Cow Palace in 1984

Feels So Good - Played on the OU812 Tour

Doin' Time - Played on the Right Here Right Now tour, I seen it in Portland, Or. Sammy and Alex both confirmed this.

From Afar and Once - Played once or twice on the III tour according to Gary Cherone.

A friend of mine swears that he saw them play Feels So Good on the OU812 tour. Then I asked around in here and was told that they never played it. I brought it up again, and he stuck to his story and said he was sure they had played it when he saw them on that tour.

Wouldn't Me Wise Magic be the greatest song to open with if DLR got back together with the boys?! The outro to that song is amazing. Al's drums and Eddie's guitar. Gives be goosebumps every time I hear it.

I have an old magzine with an interview with eddie from the MOR tour in which he states Feels So Good and Finish What yah Started were the only songs off of OU812 that werent played on the MOR tour. Now Finish What Yah Started was added to the OU812 tour. Feels So Good has never been played live before.

Me Wise Magic would be the one I'd want to hear the most. I know it would sound a little different because of all the overdubs but I think it would still sound amazing.
