The Skynyrd page has a picture of a 1974/1975 Skynyrd, yet the one you can book through that agency has only two of those members. Hmmmm.

180 Views of this thread and not one smart ass comment about this....I like the tone of this place lately...

I'd love to book DLR for a show?

Anyone got the balls to see how much this would cost?
Actually I think most of us are Dave, Sam, and Mike fans. There's just a small group of people who have strange allegiances and like to get into petty pissing contests that I can't believe everyone on this site isn't bored of. - Brett

This shouldn't surprise anyone. Just about any working band is available for corporate or private parties. The last price list I saw had Aerosmith for $50,000, and a whole host of other familiar groups going down to about $10,000. There's a ton of talent bookers like the one Ron found out there. Do a Google search and you'll see what I mean.

Aerosmith is waaaaay more than 50K per night.

Roth should get somewhere between 15 - 30K per night depending on the event.

Ya know...we could all chip in and book the Diamond, come to think of it.

    Why not?

We could pick a relatively central place for everybody to fly into, say, oh, I dunno, VEGAS? Our Euro pals and Aussie pals could fly in as well. Between all the Linkers, enough of us chip in fifty to a hundred bucks apiece, we could raise 20k. Have Dave put on a show for all us dweebs at the Hilton or Bally's or somewhere...maybe we could even get some Army folks in on it.

    A personal Dave show...

    I'm down.

Do we get to cherry pick a setlist?

Only if he brings the Andy Warhol midget. We're talking deal-breaker here.

AND the Bo staff, of course. No way am I forkin' out green without a baton-ribbon solo. Or maybe that's extra.

That's what I thought. They'd make way more than that from a normal gig.

My wife's company had Randy Neuman (sp?) sing at a party last year. He got 75k for 4 songs. DLR has GOT to be hire on the ladder than Randy Neuman, right?
