    Default Singing in the Rain

I made a seach for American musicals about two days ago, and seen that one among the most popular, so I've though I'd give it a watch.
I've got it today, and what a great movie it is!! I laughed out so loud I woke up my dad, who came into my room with look on his face .
I love when people can sing, dance and act, make it all brilliantly with ear to ear smile and breathe that shining mood into yourself. Something nowaday's directors should learn.
Awesome picture. It sure won't take long for me to watch it again

For it's time, it's a classic but it suffers from "movies my parents made me watch when I was a kid" syndrome.

We don't have a chance to see such flicks here in old Europe. What other great musicals could you recommend?

The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, Grease, and The Wizard of Oz are all I can really think of right now.

Responses to your topic might be somewhat limited, Mish. I don't know 'bout the status in other countries, but there is a certain stigma that's added to guys who like musicals in the U.S.
