    Default Remasters?

I sold my car a while back and made the mistake of leavingmy Fair Warning disc in the CD player(big surprise it was in there). Anyhow I went to purchase it again today and all they now have are the Warner remaster series... I didn't buy it because It seemed kind of cheesy. The case itself seemed like a less quality plastic then the disc I had before. Anyone know if the sound quality is better, worse, etc?? I love the sound of teh fair warning album. It is so heavy sounding. Any loss of quality would piss me off. Anyone know how these remasters are? Or should I just look for a used cd somewhere?

There is definitely no loss in quality on the remasters, and you can hear improvements to greater or lesser degrees from CD to CD and depending on your equipment etc. The best improvement in sonic quality is Diver Down IMO.

I say get the remastered version. I'm not sure stores even carry the older version anymore. You'd probably only find it in a used store or from someone selling it online. I noticed an improvement in sound quality in the remaster, and the liner notes are better.

The question is not, "Does love exist?"
But when she leaves, where she goes?
I got the feelin' she don't know either
