How 'bout J.O. laying down 55 on the Bucks? He couldn't miss.

And the Lakers suck, and that's definitely not a fluke either. Nah the Sonics are for real it appears. Glad they beat fatty the other day.

My sixers are actually looking good on their 8gm west coast trip.

Phoenix may be the team of the moment, but I just don't see them going far into the playoffs. Second round at best.

I'm really excited about Phoenix. It looks like all of the wheeling and dealing they've done over the last few years has finally started to pay off.

They run and gun, man. Youngest roster in the NBA, so the doubts about a serious playoff run are legit. But if we just look at their playing, shit, they're tough. They've beat all the top teams in the West except the Spurs, I think...

No doubt, the Suns are tough. I can't see anybody beating SA in the West this year, though.

    Damn, I hate the Spurs.

The Bulls are a pleasant suprise. They are slowly reaching respectability.

The Pistons are still the Champs!! However their inconsistant play and lack of a bench will ultimately doom them. Fortunately, they are in the East, where there are no real dominant teams (except for maybe Miami). Hopefully they can get their act together, but I think they have a bad case of Lakeritis (i.e. can turn it on whenver they want to). Christ, they are down 13 to the Grizs as we speak. Oh well, I supported them when they were a lottery team and I'll still support them.

I notice Mr. Wruff Ajax isn't in here boasting about the Fuggets NEARLY as much as he led us to believe he would last year.

Well, I got nothin to brag about in this thread, LOL.

I'm going tonight with my son to see the Celts/Pistons. First game in probably 8-9 years. I don't get out much, LOL.

Which is weird, you'd think since I played in college and shit, I'd get to more games. I don't even watch hoops any more.

I will say that the Celtics have some nice young talent for a change. Tony Allen and Al Jefferson have some potential. They could be decent in a couple of years. They have young guys that could be pretty good at every position, they just need two of them to turn into all stars.

Speaking of Detroit, what's with that Richard Hamilton stat? Lakeritis doesn't do the '05 Pistons justice.

This is true. I can't figure them out this year. 0-10 and still the leading scorer?
