that's the big question here.

keep getting reviews of people leaving during dave's set. rumors of dave not showing on time for his slot.

brian rumored as having said it's a "weird" atmosphere.

will this tour go all the way to september as planned?? they do have a big break in july. aybe one of the reasons they did that was to keep sam and dave away from each other. who knows...

At least my tickets were free if they don't.

As each day passes I am more & more convinced that Sammy is coming back. The whole Mikey connection is the catalyst to the future of Van Halen IMO. Their friendship is very tight, I see Ed & Sam sitting on a beach in Maui, and they patch up old wounds.

    Or Sam drowns Eddie.

Reports of people leaving during Dave's set are way overblown. Some people just leave before the end of a concert, no big deal, especially since there are two very different guys playing. People were leaving Sam's show early in Devore too, I know cos I had to go to the facilities twice during Sam's set (no lines at the Beer stands). No big deal, and you never would of known it by looking at the size of the crowd in the stands. Dave's show in Dallas was packed and on their feet despite some people saying that the crowd was flocking to the exits.

As for the atmosphere being "Weird", with Sam and Dave what do you expect. They probably go days without even seeing each other so there's no reason this show won't make money through September.

People leaving stadiums before the ends of shows/games is no big. It's just cheap shits who want to beat the traffic rush. I go to Vancouver Canucks games all the times, and at about the 5 minute mark of the third period, cheap shits start leaving to beat the traffic. Pisses me off.

In our previous episode, we were discussing Ed doing stuff for the money... now you see dear... Edward is a musician. Therefore love of music drives the day...

Now Sammy and Dave are Entertainers so obviously it all about the money!!!
