Here's the link to the Plain-Dealer review of the show. Enjoy.

Btw, the review says there were 6,000 at the show last night. What is the capacity of Blossom?

It was really more of a factual rundown of the show than a true review, but thanks for the link! It's good to see the tour getting some positive publicity.

Blossom's capacity is a tough call, but used to be quoted at 10-12,000.

I was there. I turned around to look out into the place, a few times. The lawn was very empty. Moreso for Hagar, with it being early. I thought the place was bigger than 10 to 12,000 though. The lawn is huge.

Von, yeah again, that's a past quote, which would be tough to make because the lawn is so big. 'Not sure how they arrive at their figures for capacity. You'd think that they could hold much more (20,000 - 30,000) with the expanse of the lawn, even past that road at the top of the hill. I've seen that area full, too, people clustered tightly amongst the refreshment stands.

I looked it up on the Blossom site. The pavillion holds 5,000 and the lawn holds 13,500. The total capacity is then 18,500. So if the guy in at the Plain Dealer is right, sounds like the pavillion was full with a thousand or two sitting in the lawn section.

I was there last night. The inside was definetly sold out. Definetly some empty spots on the lawn, but a decent crowd non the less.

when you're in the section Von and i were in, you can't see the whole lawn if you turn around and look. i could only see maybe the top third from where i was, and it looked thin up there. judging by the amount of trash left on the lawn afterwards, i'd say it was pretty full.

I was in the lawn.. There was about 500 empty seats in the pavilion and I would guess about 3000 in the lawn. I've seen the place with 3 times as many people in it. It didn't feel empty at all though.
Lets just throw a pound of weed in the fire place, f@#% it!

The pavilion did have a good amount of empty seats in the last ten rows or so on both backcorners, along with a few scattered empty seats throughout the pavilion.I thought the lawn would have alot more ppl.
That is correct about 5k capacity in pav, and 13.5k on lawn.
I think just over 6000 is disappointing, Sammy drew more in 99.
