Should they even bother playing the season or should they just give the trophy to the Lakers and be done with it?

Hey Hooligan. Minnesota 127 Chicago 74. How's that rebuilding project going with your Bulls?

As I have said in the past. Until Tim Floyd is fired, the project won't go very far. The team has the talent. (Tyson Chandler (just turned 19), Eddie Curry (18), Eddie Robinson (25), Jamal Crawford (21), AJ Guyton(23)) They just need time & a good coach (or for that matter, an NBA coach). You should know that. Shaq & Kobe's Lakers could barely make it to the playoffs before Phil showed up.

Props to Charles Oakley. He is speaking for every Bulls fan. Tim Floyd doesn't know what the hell is doing.

And hey, with the way Chicago sports are doing, anything is possible. (i.e. the Blackhawks have won 13 of their last 14 games, are undefeated at home, & have one of the best records in the NHL)The Bears are gearing up for the Packers game, with a 6 game winning streak.

    Hooligan,

The Lakers barely made the playoffs before Phil Jackson showed up? In the three years that Shaq and Kobe played together in L.A. before Phil came aboard, the Lakers made it to the Western Conference Finals once and the Semi-Finals twice. No, they didn't win any titles, but let's not get ridiculous and compare them to the current Bulls. They are going to be very bad for a very long time.

Has Jamal Crawford even played 1 game for the Bulls??? I know he was injured just about all of last year, and isn't he out for THIS season too?? I believe he left after his frosh year at Michigan, and I remember him being a pretty good talent, but that boy is always on the DL!!

He started to come alive last year. He played alot over the summer w. MJ. (in fact MJ started putting out feelers to bring him to Washington) he was ready for a breakout season, but he was injured late in the summer.

Right now, as far as the Bulls go, I'm disgusted by the whole situation. Management sucks!

Reinsdorff doesn't give a rat's ass about winning, just making money. Jerry Krauss is a dueschbag who treats his players like garbage & is completely out of touch w. today's NBA.
He has made some horrible decisions i.e. hiring Tim Floyd, a college coach. Floyd's coaching staff is composed of a bunch of no-name guys (w. the exception of bill cartwright) who have no NBA experience. Next, he got rid of Elton Brand, a solid 20 and 10 player (he proved this with his new team). He also passed up on a trade to get rid of the worthelss Marcus Fizer for the versatile forward/guard Wally Szerbiak. He insulted Darius Miles with the cornrow comment. He snubbed Antonio Davis. Hey, and who can forget, he ran the greatest dynasty, composed of the greatest player of all time & the greatest coach of all time, out of town while they were still winning. (But hey, Krauss did something right, he brought Charles Oakley back to expose the sorry state of the organization)

Because of this, who is suprise the top free agents pass Chicago by. This team could honestly be very good with good managment and a good coaching staff. Until that happens, I am boycotting the Bulls. I hope the rest of the Bulls fan base do the same. It sure is hard trying to support this team.

    Hooligan,

You basically posted exactly what I told you last year about the Chicago HorriBULLS. Cheer up. You're out here in L.A. now, home of the new NBA dynasty. The Lakers haven't even hit their stride yet and they're winning with ease. They are definitely deeper than the last couple of seasons. Very bad news for the rest of the NBA.

MJ is in trouble. Washington might not win 20 this year.

Nice, well I guess that trade worked out for both teams then, because it looks like Steve Smith is fittng in nicely in San Antonio.

How about Joe Johnson for the Celtics! This kid looks like he is going to be a player. I haven't seen him play a bad game as a rookie. Although it is early he has got to be a candidate for rookie of the year in the east.
