i was wondering what people thought of the t-shirt and the speech that the character langley gave about the late. great joey ramone? i was very suprised to see such a main stream show pay homage to the great one but i am very glad. joey ramone once called himself a visionary and i agree. i know some people looked down on him for his long hair, his drug use, heck even his religous upbringing, but not me. i am saddened when i think of the demise of joey ramone but i am grateful for all the music he gave this world. as long as we nevr ever forget then joey is still alive in our hearts.

"I AM A VISIONARY. I ENVISIONED MONDO BIZARRO AND THERE IS WAS" JOEY RAMONE

"DRINK, DRINK, DRINK...DRINK SOME MORE" JOEY RAMONE

"I JUST WANNA WALK RIGHT OUT OF THIS WORLD, BECAUSE EVERYBODY'S GOT A POISON HEART" JOEY RAMONE

    "HEY, HO...LET'S GO" JOEY RAMONE

"1...2...3...4" VARIOUS RAMONES AT DIFFERENT TIMES THROUGHOUT THE GREATEST PUNK BAND'S MEGA CAREER.

pasadena murdoch my brother...testify.. for your info even if joey did not write those lines he is the one who sang them and gave them feeling. unfortunatly i was denied by a evil man indeed who used the nickname cellulite man to see the ramones many moons ago. however from what i heard once the 1,2,3,4 count was on there was no stopping joey from expertly delievering the lines that made us all love the great ramones songs! Whether it was "CABBIES ON CRACK", "ROCK AND ROLL HIGH SCHOOL", "SPIDERMAN", "SHEENA IS A PUNK ROCKER" or any others, it was the voice of the man himself jeoy who made the songs come alive for generations of music fans and it is his voice who we will never ever stop listeningto and we will pass on to our children and their children. Now if you ain't down wit that brother, then i got one question for you "WHAT YOU GOING TO DO WHEN THE MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF RAMONE FANS GET COKED UP, L;ISTEN TO JOEY AND RUN WILD ON YOU?

"you were master to so many/savior to none" sheryl crow

"this ball is outa here" harry kalas

    "double...double...double...double...play" captain waste management

"i pity the fool" mr. t

    "hey yo" scott hall

i am surprised that more people did not reply to this post. joey ramone may not be as influential in music as eddie was but for millions of people they lost there one true all american jewish hero my brothers. also i tohught it was nice that a show like the x-files which is going off the air would make sure thatthey paid tribute to joey in there final episodes. i just think that this is grand. i would easily say that the loss of joey raone is as great or greater than the loss of the alice in chians guy or linda lovelace or even the nirvana dude!

I am a HUGE RAMONES FAN!!!!!!!! And I loved the speech that Langley gave about the GREATEST EVER, JOEY RAMONE!!!!! It was so true, so to the point, he never sold out, and could never sell out, the Ramones stayed true to who they were, a goofy fun, hard rocking Pink Band!!!!!! The Ramones envisioned and started the PUNK ROCK movement, and Joey was an extremely Kool Rock ICON, who deserves to be immortalized and remembered forever. I had the pleaseure of meeting Joey 3 or 4 times, although I never bothered him when he was there. My buddy spent an hour speaking with Joey about 12 years ago also.....Long Live Joey Ramone, and may you rest in peace brother!!!!!
