I am watching the Paul McCartney special on TV and I have to say that he still has it, even at his age. Its a treat to watch, good stuff

I agree! I bought Paul's new DVD and CD this past Tuesday when it came out. Paul McCartney still kicks ass! I hope I look even half as good as he does when I'm 60 years old. He looks/sounds great...!

I love The Beatles~

Since I missed the chance to see him live this year, I have to buy the DVD and CD. How are they? I mean, yes, it's Paul McCartney, but overall, how do they sound?
"Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that."

"This is a lttle prayer dedicated to the separation of church and state. I guess if they are going to force those kids to pray in schools they might as well have a nice prayer like this: Our Father who art in heaven, and to the republic for which it stands, thy kingdom come, one nation indivisible as in heaven, give us this day as we forgive those who so proudly we hail. Crown thy good into temptation but deliver us from the twilight's last gleaming. Amen and Awomen. ."

"I think it's the duty of the comedian to find out where the line is drawn and cross it deliberately."

The sound for both the CD and DVD is EXCELLENT. I'll be honest though, the video quality on the DVD is lacking a wee bit I think. Hell, it's still Paul and the DVD still rocks (so many great songs and cool extra features) but I gotta admit the picture quality could be better

DVD Quality 1-10 (10 being best)

PICTURE: 6
SOUND: 9
CONTENT: (songs choices, etc) 10 !

Seeing Paul live is religious experience. I saw him in Tampa about 10 years ago, 5th row. I can honestly say that I have sung Beatles songs with Paul McCartney. What I really loved about last week's broadcast, was towards the end, when they were showing celebreties in the audience; they showed Paul Stanley singing along. It's hard to top Paul McCartney.

Is it the exact same thing that was on ABC or do they play the whole songs? That's my only concern because they only played pieces of the songs and I would like to see the whole thing.
