I know we've done favourite movies here, but I don't know that we've ever done this one. We did something like this at DLRARMY and had some fun, so let's see if it works here.

My all-time worst would have to be "Basketcase". My then-girlfriend drug me to it, and it was horrible! A more recent example would be "Screwed". I was in Denver and one of my company's regionals was there too, and she wanted to see "Gladiator", but all I could think of was that line in "Airplane" where, I believe it's Peter Graves talking to the boy says something like "Do you like gladiator movies?" Anyway, I suggested that "Screwed" looked funny and so we went with another co-worker and boy did I regret that. What a horrible movie - I thought it looked good in previews, but this movie was so bad it made the previews look bad, too!

I've got a couple.

First one would have to be Speed 2. What a gigantic piece of shit movie, from start to finish. I love how the guy is under the cruise ship, holding onto a rope, a few feet from the propellors, and he isn't sucked in.

Second would have to be Beverly Hills Cop 3. Actually, this movie is so bad that whenever it comes on TV, I never miss it. It was filmed in such a manner that you could swear that everyone behind the cameras was six years old. The stunt work, the plot, the acting, it's all so pathetic it's hilarious.

1) Celtic Pride
2) Some movie that was out this summer with Martin Lawrence (a thief) and Danny DeVito (a millionaire), who were fighting over a ring. Can't remember the name.

Absolutely, mind-numbingly boring and inept movie-making.

Speed 2 was a very good choice. Terrible follow up to the original! There probably shouldn't have been a follow up no matter what!

A LONG time ago, when I first discovered the old 'USA Up All Night" with Rhonda Shear, the first movie I saw them play is perhaps the worst movie ever made, but with its title, I HAD to watch...

yeah i remmeber up all night with ronda shear and then the next night with gilbert gottfried...LMAO

If anyone has seen it, you know what I mean. The entertainment value came from the realization that the movie was so unbelievably horrible, yet it still managed to get shown on TV.

Hey Abe good call on "Good Will Hunting." That movie was a real piece of shit with an obvious, unthought out storyline.

I can name about 10 really bad films I've seen like "Flashdance", "Dirty Dancing" etc. Showgirls was a real bad film but it was funny so I gotta give it some credit.

Double Team with Dennis Rodman and Jean Claude Van Damme was especially bad but it really packs a punch in the humor dept. eventhough I think it's supposed to be an action flick.

Manos: The Hands of Fate. A lot of you have probably seen the MST3K version of it, but have any of you seen it WITHOUT Joel and the 'bots riffing away at it? I happened to sometime in the late '80's. Ughh. It makes any of the flicks anyone's mentioned on this page look like The Godfather.

My wife and I went to go see "Rush Hour 2" last night and it was GREAT!!! However, in the previews before the movie, only 1 out of 5 looked like it'd be worth seeing.

2 of the bad movies had Will Ferrell in them. I hope he realizes he doesn't have to sign to do the first movie that comes across his desk. Perhaps it's his goal to become the Chevy Chase of Y2K!

Oh yeah...there's this horrible movie coming out with Ben Stiller called "Zoolander" or something like that. Looks like a COMPLETE rip off on Austin Powers...except less funny. Why even bother?
