Last night I was deep in the recesses of EditPlus programming.

Not the optimal way to spend a Friday night, but what can I say - I got a lot done.

I've been hibernating. Winter is beating the poop out of me. A friend from Boston was visiting (she left yesterday) and now I'm exhausted (almost too tired to post. But I'm rocking on, nonetheless..

I think that most have run out of things to talk about regarding VH and are slowly getting bored with them. I know I am.

Oh, eddymon, say it ain't so. I was just cueing up 1984 on my stereo. It sounds sooooo good. Listen...don't you love how this record begins? It sounds...like...the future...
(pause)
and then into that bright little intro to "Jump"
Isn't it perfect?
I used to study the '84 album art for hrs. on end while I listened to the record. That assembly line image of cookie metal...the cut up picture of them...yum.
Cantcha see what I mean????

There's GOT to be something to talk about.
I was listening to Me Wise Magic yesterday.
Don't you trust me???

YOU MEAN 1984?!?!?! i love that. it sounds like the future now. The Future is In Your 1984 cd/record/tape. i love it. its classic. got some pink floyd "Wish You Were Here". calm me down. house of pain is the coolest song. its so underrated--its in my fav list.

AND EDDYMON , hang in there. vh could have something rigged up for a cd. i'm getting bored, but you just have to lay around and listen to classic van halen. the best, write some more stories about them in 5150 studio. what is this pink floyd doing to me?!?!?!?!?!

Me I haven't been on the boards much lately... I dunno. Been kinda busy of late... Plus there has been so little information/news about Van Halen lately.... Hell, when I do come on 'Links, I usually head for the Non VH Music Forum or the Non Music Forum anyway....

Having said that, I still listen to Van Halen on a regular basis. I'll never give up this addiction. But as far as talking about or searchng for any new info about my favorite band...It's been pretty dry lately. So my interest in looking for news has decreased....Cause the isn't any!!
