Just curious to see how many fans of the show are out there reading on this board.
Also, did the good times end for you when Joel left? They did for me.
    Favorite episodes??
Truck Farmer short movie short was hillarious. "For a good crop use lots and lots of chemicals..."cough"."
Mr. B natural movie short was funny too. I haven't been able to see my little collection of MST3k movie since all my movies are back at Pop's house in a box. Can't wait to move in the new house here soon so I can pull out the old gems and have a fun Saturday.

And my wife wonders where the urge to yell out silly crap during her favorite TV shows comes from...hehehehahahahahehehehehahhahaha.

My favorite episode has to be Red Zone Cuba. That is a laff riot.

And you know, you can download them all online through e-donkey. I have a lot of them on CD. Need to get back around to downloading the rest of them... took a break to get the transformers.

I just came from watching my MST3K tape. I love the This Island Earth one with the waffle part, when they are puting together the tranfibulator, and the Normal View song. Too much.
The pessimist says the cup is half empty. The optimist says it's half full. The pragmatist says its liquid contents are at 50% capacity. The ironist says its half full of air. The plumber says the cup must be leaking. George Carlin says the cup is too big. The Starbucks employee says its so you have room for cream. The conspiracy theorist says aliens took the other half. The baseball player says his cup is definitely full. MacGuyver says he can build a powerful explosive with it. The psychoanalyst says the cup is your mother. The punk sitting next to you also says the cup is your mother. The romance novelist says the cup is a willing receptacle to the wild gushing torrents of pure passion from the hard chiseled urn. MST was one of my favorite shows ever. i liked joel, but i thought the stuff with mike was just as good. i thought the show took a dip when frank left, then a big drop after trace beaulieu (SIC?) left. but PUMAMAN on the sci-fi run was one of my favorites. giant gila monster, danger - death ray, and alien from LA were all great, and i about wet myself the first time i saw mr. b natural.

One of my all-time favorite shows!! Crow was the best.

    Some of my favorites:
    I Accuse My Parents
    Mitchell
    Zombie Nightmare--(had an EVH reference!)
    Warrior of the Lost World

I didn't mind when Mike took over for Joel. They were both wise-asses and that's what the show needed.

I rather enjoyed the theatrical release. Was worth it to hear Servo swear a little.

I found that too. MST3K was shot just a couple of miles from where I grew up.

I truly miss this show. Not so much the late Mike Nelson/Sci-fi Channel era, but the classic Comedy Central/Joel Hodgson days when Dr. Forrester was based at the Gizmonics Institute.

Used to be run on the west coast nightly from Midnight til 2am. At that time I was running deliveries all night in L.A. and would get home around 4am or so. I'd just watch that night's taped episode til the sun came up or I dozed off.

My favorite is still "Fire Maidens of Outer Space" where a team of astronauts travel to Jupiter......which looks like friggin Iowa.

The commentary I love… But not the intro and intermissions. They're too long and a waste of time, imo.
