    It's better to do both IMO. You should also work on your lower abs by doing leg raises.

    i think situps are lame. you only need crunches to work your upper abs. but i definitely agree with yankee rose, you must do some kind of lower ab workout as well, like leg raises. or holding your legs statically in the air as low as you can without them touching the ground. make sure that you keep the arch of your back on the floor. if you do it right, you'll know what i'm talking about.

    also bridges work well, as well. if you haven't heard of them, i'll explain it to you. [img]smile.gif[/img]

    And what kind of crunches do you do, the kind where you put your legs in the air and go up to them, or do you just go partially up?
