The Chicago Cubs destroyed & demoralized the LA Dodgers. A sign for things to come. I'm not holding my breath. But this sure was one hell of a game!

Man that is something. 20 runs with 16 of them coming in back-to-back innings. Since I'm a Giants fan, it's nice to see that the Dodgers lost.

I am a Niners fan, but all my other favorite teams come from Chicago. Sox, Bulls, Blachhawks etc.

As a Padres fan, I was more than pleased to see the Dodgers look like complete shit today.

That and the Padres beat the Reds 5-2.

GOOD baseball day for me.

The Dodgers suck, just like I've been saying all along. I mean getting swept by the Cubs?? That is sad. Well, at least we got the Lakers.

They're the Dodgers, what can you expect?

And don't diss the Cubs. Right now, they have the best team in the league. (I know it all goes down in September, but I'm enjoying the Cubs domination. 8 games over .500)

Hooligan, give me a break, the Cubs will be 20 games under .500 by July. They deserved to be "dissed," they blow. You can rag the Dodgers all you like, but don't even go there with the Cubs. You don't win a championship in May. I am saying the Dodgers suck and they are in first place too.

Cubs suck. Let's see them on top in September.

Sure..the Sox are in last, but like Brett says, the championship isn't won in May. The Sox will be just fine come September, you watch.

The Boston Pilgrims (1903-1906)
The Boston Red Sox (1907-present) - Proof

The Pilgrims/Americans/Somersets whatever you want to call them, have NEVER displayed "SOX" anywhere on their caps, jerseys, or merchandise, therefore they shouldn't be referred to as such. However, the White Sox have used "SOX" since 1912.

The SOX are in Chicago...we just allow the Pilgrims/Americans/Somersets to use the name.
