The Living in LA topic got me to wondering about this. I will start, although I have only been to LA a couple of times so it's pretty limited.

I used to be a bartender at an upscale bar here in SLC and these are a some that I've served and spoken with:

These are the ones that stand out the most:

    Phil Jackson(Class act)
    Dennis Rodman(Tipped me over $200!)
Brooke Sheilds(Very quiet, but very nice)
Marissa Tomei(Beautiful and a very sweet person)
Naomi Campbell(Coke snorting, anorexic and rude)
    Waylon Jennings
    Clyde Drexler
    Charles Barkley
    Bill Walton
    Steve Young
The guy who was Greg Brady from "The Brady Bunch"
    Allan Holdsworth
    John Stockton
    Karl Malone
    Roma Downey
    Molly Ringwald
    Robert Urich
    Peter Cetera

There are others that came in, but I never talked to them personally.

Landscaped Ryan Longwell's (kicker for Packers) house. I was there everyday for a month and saw him almost everyday...he was very nice. came out and talked to us a lot. golfs all the frickin time.

Gozer the Traveller will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldronaii the Traveller came as a very large and moving Torb. Then of course in the third reconciliation of the last of the Meketrex supplicants they chose a new form for him, that of a Sloar. Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you.

I teach P.E. at an elementary school in Westlake, California. Kevin Cronin of REO Speedwagon fame has a daughter in one of my classes. He played guitar and sang at a Christmas assembly today for the school. Funny, not one kid had any clue who he was but the teachers were pretty stoked. I talked to him afterwards and he was really cool and down to earth.

Also a buch of other wankers that you probably have never heard of. And, with the same company, sat right behind nick cage and patricia arquette at the premier of "the rock" in Tokyo. Oh yeah! And I got to do some shots with the lead singer of great white. lol. Talk about a big ass freekin schnozz!! Damn, looked like a bannana.

When I was in high school (mid '70s), I played a round of golf with Dave Dalby, center for the Oakland Raiders (who was killed recently in a car crash), lousy golfer at the time, by the way, and Bruce Barnes, then punter for the New England Patriots, and a good golfer.

I delivered mattress to Bruce Willis house (A.K.A. Walter King)in Sun Valley,Idaho on several occasions.Dude gave me a $50.00 tip once too.I have seen Demi there a couple of times as well.

I also have met jamie Lee Curtis and Melanie Griffith in Sun Valley.

Also I have met the 1987-88 Los Angeles Lakers and got them to sign a mini ball that I bought at the Forum.(my only game there).

I also told Hubie Brown that "thats why he's not coaching anymore" when he got off on the wrong floor of the Doubletree hotel in Salt Lake.

The funnest was prolly talking football with Mark Rypien in a bar, I didn't know who it was for the first 45 minutes.

"This is a lttle prayer dedicated to the separation of church and state. I guess if they are going to force those kids to pray in schools they might as well have a nice prayer like this: Our Father who art in heaven, and to the republic for which it stands, thy kingdom come, one nation indivisible as in heaven, give us this day as we forgive those who so proudly we hail. Crown thy good into temptation but deliver us from the twilight's last gleaming. Amen and Awomen. ."
