Does anyone know what tune Dave Halen covered in the club days:
Stone Cold Crazy
or
Stone cold sober
or
Stone cold sober again
??????????????????????

I remember Roth sayin' they covered old Rod Stewart in the GREAT club days...did they cover a Faces tune or a solo Rod tune? Anyone? VHE?

The VHE says that they played Stone Cold Sober Again by David Bowie in the clubs.

Not being much of a Bowie fan, I checked a site dedicated to him to see when he did that song. I didn't find it, but I did see that he did an album in the 70's that had Where Have All the Good Times Gone on it. The moral being, I have too much time on my hands.

Could be. Rod Stewart does have a song called Stone Cold Sober. Is there even a song called Stone Cold Sober Again?

Jean Genie.

Incidentally, checking out a couple of Bowie sights, it appears that the song is actually titled "The Jean Genie".

BTW, you just gave me a thread idea, thanks.
