Try "Sunshine of Your Love" by Cream or try "Iron Man" by Sabbath. Both are easy and pretty popular

the first song i learned is
sunshine of your life, eric clapton cream.
theres two ways to play it and both are very easy strait forward
iron man is a bit harder.
but basically has the easiest chords to play
another easy one is paranoid or atleast some of it is a sinch to pick up

i recommend guitar magazine it has atleast 5 songs exerts and usually are just pieces of songs but sure do help on learning

I know you said you were only looking for suggestions within the 75-90 period. But please consider Wild Thing and Who Do You Love.

Both have easy chords, but more important, great feels that can enhance your rhythm and timing skills.

As is said... It don't mean a thing if it ain't got swing.
    Peace
