    Hey ya'll!

I remember reading a post from someone here not too long after the E.L.V.H. Inc. patent stories saying that the Wolfies that said Wolfies that say Pat. Pending on the back of the headstock should be worth more in the future. What about the ones with/without the C.E. sticker at the top?

What is a fair price for a used (E-bay purchased - so must consider it used even if it isn't) Wolfgang Standard? Give me a nice range in prices. From a one color with Stoptail to a Quilt or Flame Top with Trem.

Does anyone have a Trans Purple with Stop Tailpiece they want to part with? That is what I am REALLY looking for.

    And also:

What the hell is this guitar? Click Here - I am fairly confident it isn't a real Wolfgang body, but it sure has the correct shape. Unlike other copies that are out there. My guess is that the top is laminate. Otherwise it would be VERY rare to have that nice looking of a Quilt Top. Also, the pickups aren't direct mounted like on a normal Wolf. I guess someone *could* have screwed up when mounting new pickups and over-routed the slots and then had to spring mount to cover up the hack job. Also looks like a full fulcrum tremolo in the pic too. Then it looks like a Jackson neck with a Peavey headstock. Notice the Truss Rod adjustment location? It's kinda wierd, but kinda cool looking at the same time. Could this be an early prototype? Or even a new one from the custom shop? Or is it just a plain old POS fake?

WOW!!! HOLYFUCKINGFUCK!!! What kind of Twilight Zone am I living in? What kind of Viagra-Testosterone mix are these 50 year old + guys on? I never thought I'd hear another Dave and Eddie album again. If I did, I thought it would be a mid-paced affair like the Rolling Stones or later day AC/DC. After the TATTOO single I was ready for a poppy album from old guys, with a few nods to harder rock (She's A Woman and Bullethead) and I would have been happy with that.

I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE GETTING A FULL-THROTTLE HARD ROCK, HEAVY METAL, BALLS TO THE WALL, FUCKING VAN HALEN THRASH METAL ALBUM!!!

That scoop is a trademark of the wolfgang, not of peavey, but the sharkfin inlay isn't any type of wolf fingerboard. Same with the full trem route and the p/u rings.
It's too early for custom shop models and as far as I know the Korean international line is standardized to look like the US standard.
Being as cheap as it is I'm assuming it's a photo flame top, and a good forgery, but I do know that you can get some models overseas that aren't available here.
    I think it's just a good forgery.
As far as the price of a used wolfgang, check ebay. The price gous up and down all the time, but seems to sit at around 650-750 for a standard, and speacial flame top, and 450-600 for a speacial.
