Well since I'm not the most experienced player I'll have to go by what I've played that I've liked. Any way mine would have to be something like a soloist/Les Paul like shape, closer to the Soloist but still can tell it is a blend of the two. It should have a carved maple flame-top. Probably a wine or vintage sunburst color. The neck would be either mahogany or maple, but unfinished, (though Iím not sure what mahogany would feel like unfinished) rosewood fret board with square pearl inlays. The body would be made out of mahogany or alder. Probably have a double locking non recessed Floyd Rose. Then again I might stick with the tailpiece. Probably use 2 Dimarzio PAF pickups or have some custom wound. Iíll have two tones and two volume knobs, cause I like to screw around with the sound. And the switch for the t will be located near the knobs. Well that would be my signature model. Iíd probably get a midsized company(i.e. not Gibson or fender but something like Ibanez, EBMM) to make it to ensure quality and price control.

Just to let you know Ibanez sucks serius donkey balls. $1700 for jem, when it's just a bolt on japaneese guitar. They can't touch Jacksons quality. I've never played an Ibanez thats an all around good guitar. but my own custum would be

Jackson KV1 neck thru, maple finger bord
    Stryper paint job
    Chrome floyd
    2 SD hums
    les paul 3 way toggle
    Kill switch
Oppsosing black and yellow shark fins
My initals at the 12th fret
1 vol knob, no tone knob

This would also look cool on a kelly star, or a regular star.

i've got an Ibanez Talman that's not too bad, decent build quality, sounds pretty good...i've always wanted an Iceman, but the ones i've seen are basswood. now Warmoth is making Iceman bodies, in the wood i prefer, mahogany. i'll probably go with one of those, maybe as the backup sig model...

I just bought a new axe and it came as close to what I would do to make it My signature as possible.

I bought a Dillion LP-650 TG. That would be a Les Paul style body, mahogony and solid, set neck, rosewood fretboard, narrow neck for fast action, two volume two tone, cause I like fucking with the sound too, toggle switch is up, which is good, since I play hard I have a tendency to always whack my five way into bridge on my strat. Well we all now what a strat sounds like in the bridge selection. Anyway, it has DiMarrzio USA Super distortion humbuckers that absolutely are the hottest and warmest pickups I've ever played on! The only thing I don't like about it is its a LP 650 TG. Guess what TG stands for? Tracii Guns. Its a fucking Tracii Guns signature model. I could have bought an LP 650 in sunburst or a 650 GT or Gold Top, but I wanted the fucking DiMarrzio's. I can live with the Tracii Guns sig though. Its got his name inlaid on 12, and it has his spider tattoo in Mother Of Pearl on inlaid on the headstock, which is actually pretty cool. I must have played two hundred guitars in the six months I was looking for this. I can't believe how sweet this axe really is. The rhythm guitarist I play with plays a Gibson Les Paul Custom with the 490 and 498 pickups, and an Epiphone Les Paul Custom, and I just blow him off the stage. I love this freaking axe, and really when I approached buying a new one, that is how I did it. I said, what can I find, that has exactly what I want. I bought as close to it as I possibly could short of dropping 3500 on a Gibson LP Black Beauty Custom. Instead, I bought a hot kick ass gutiar at a fraction of the price. ANybody wants to know more about Dillion, I'll be happy to share it later. John Dillion has emailed me personally twice already. I am very, very pleased with his company!

The Brian Moore C55 pretty much approaches what I want.

    First of all hardware:

-Wilinson Trem (To see the tonal difference, and a change from a Floyd)
    -Sperzel Locking Tuners
-Nuts, I don't know. Thought about an LSR Roller but with the Sperzels shouldn't need it.
-Either an H-S-H, H-S-S, or H-S config. I'm not sure bout puttin a single in the bridge. But If I go with them in the neck I guess lace sensors. I've been curious about the Angus Young gibson for the bridge, but don't know if it's just hype. Other than that, there's got to be more than plenty to choose from.

Body/Neck: I'm thinkin Strat Style, but curious how an LP style body, or maybe even the VW(VH) style.

Korina Body with a Quilt blue or turqouise maple top.

Neck, Flame Maple neck and board.

Jack on the side, and haven't decided about a tone knob yet.

Still got alot of pricing and shit to do, and deciding...
    FUCK THE DUMB SHIT!!!!
