I've been listening to this all week and it's smashing. I've always been a semi-fan of Aerosmith and for sun dum reason I never had this record in my collection. My friend Cate from Boston visited this week and she brought me Rocks as a present and I'm lovin' it...The lesser-known tracks--"Combination" and "Nobody's Fault"--in particular--have been sounding really good lately.

How's everybody's January going? I'm hunkering down for a possible L.I. snowstorm...I'll believe it when I see it...

Damn,

Now you got me started. This is the best aerosmith album. I have them all here, from Aerosmith, to Rocks, through Rock in a Hard Place all the way up to Just Push Play (Fucking A!)

Nobody's Fault is a Brad Song, and SOOOOO dark. How about Sick As a Dog? Or Get the Lead out?

As for the fucking storm, I am heading into the thick of it tomorrow going to NJ. ANd watching the Pats game tomorrow night!

GO PATRIOTS!

Aerosmith's first seven or eight albums all kick ass. Rocks, Toys In The Attic, and Get Your Wings are classics. Damn good band.

The album "Rocks" is my all time FAVORITE Aerosmith record and one of my all time favorite rock and roll records OF ALL TIME.

Killer stuff on this album... Rats In The Cellar is arguably my favorite track on it... I also dig Get The Lead Out, and Sick As A Dog and Combination...Oh Hell, the whole damn thing is a masterpiece.

CAN'T say enough great things about Aerosmith "Rocks"

(By the way my next favorite Aerosmith album is "Toys In The Attic")

Their next album should be called "AeroShit SUCKS". They need to hang it up as bad as Kiss does.

I have Pandoras Box, but it collects dust.....I am fan of their pussy stuff....."livin' on the Edge and Janie's Got a Gun......

I know.....I know......but what would you expect from a Van Hagar fan.....
Actually I think most of us are Dave, Sam, and Mike fans. There's just a small group of people who have strange allegiances and like to get into petty pissing contests that I can't believe everyone on this site isn't bored of. - Brett

Ford,

Say what you will about aerosmith, but at least they are still out there. Hell, they are out touring relentlessly for a bunch of past their prime 50 year old guys. They've had lets see, 2 albums out since VHIII, a couple of tours, and make the rounds. They still care about the fans, whether it is meet and greets, Posting on their website, or putting out albums. I may not like everything that comes out on the new albums and the sappy ballads, but you know what? They still have a few rockers that kick ass, and they ALWAYS put on a good show.

So next time you say look at what Aerosmith is doing, well ask yourself, What is Eddie doing? Where is Alex? How about Michael? We know dave is brewing with something, Sammy is doing something, and Gary is out and about. However, as a band, they've done NOTHING since 1998.

I'm actually starting to like Just Push Play a little more - still got some weak points, but not as horrible as I originally thought. Still wish I could "just push erase" on that Superbowl horror, though...

OK OK I am a real big Aerosmith fan, and I'd have to say that ROCKS is probably one of the best albums from the 70s (when music was at its best!!).I'm glad I still get to see them live cuz in concert they are still kickin butt!, but I really get disapointed when I see the walk this way colaborations, and the car ads! They don't need to be doing that stuff!

Aww, ain't the Patriots something else? That call (bogus? Not bogus? who cares!) absolutely delivered the game to the Pats...I can't believe we finally got to stick it to those Oakland thugs (I'm still smarting from the late 70s when Oakland safety Jack Tatum broke NE wide receiver Darryl Stingley's neck...)
"Nobody's Fault" might be my favorite Aerosmith song ever...

ANYWAY Boston rocks, I'm totally in an Aerosmith & Cars mood lately & I am homesick for da rivah Chaahls...(I include DLR on this Boston thing because the Roth family lived there for a while...DLR made a big thing of this on his solo tours whenver he came to Worcester...)

In my opinion, those fuckers severed any ties they have to genuine rock & roll after their Superbowl performance with those clowns, Tyler's desecration of the National Anthem, and their worsening onslaught of Desmond Child "hand picked" pig shit.

Others may disagree, but I think Pump is the last good album they have put out. Get a Grip wasn't a total waste, but anything following....brrr....what a shame...
FUCK THE DUMB SHIT!!!!
