What do you all think of Terrible Ted? We got him here for a solo show this Sunday! I think it's going to be quite interesting!

I am sure a big fan of Nugent. Missed a concert with him and KISS last July, though. Stranglehold, Just What The Doctor Ordered, Dog Eat Dog, Stormtroopin', and Free-For-All are some of my favorites.

I think Ted is a cool mo' fo'.

I don't own any of his music, but I'm thinking of picking some of his stuff up soon, because what I hear I like.

His political views may get him into trouble with the "Politically Correct" peeps, but he calls them how he sees them.

I remember reading a quote of his when VH started out, something about how good Eddie was. I liked that. Instead of denying Ed's greatness out of jealousy, Ted told it like it was.

He's a pretty bright guy, I've seen him arguing his views on politics before and he's NEVER at a loss for words...

But then again, he IS a frontman.

I like some of his music, and I appreciate his right to speak his mind, but sometimes I just wish he'd find a different way to say what he's got to say, you know? I personally find the way he attacks sara brady repulsive.

He is a great guitar player, one of my favorites! I really love his work with the Damn Yankee's. I have a concert of them on video and he is unbelievable!!! I am sure he is great solo also.

I think Ted is an honorable man OUTSIDE of music. However, (nobody flame me TOO bad here), I think he is completely devoid of musical talent and has written the most annoying, repetitive, and uninspired rock that still gets airplay after all this time. So I guess a lot of people love him; I'm just not one of them.

I WILL say that I think he was great with Damn Yankees.

Boy, I DO tend to contradict myself a bit, eh?

We just did alive interview with Ted on the air yesterday (8/24) and all I can say is...

    OH MAH GAWW!

WOW! He went off on everyone from Bill to Al to Janet to gays to anti-gun folk. And he made no bones about the way he feels!

I'm glad I didn't decide to ask a couple of questions in my "Benny" voice. Remember Benny from LA Law? I can imitate him pretty well, but I think Ted would have chewed me up and spit me out like a big loo-gee!

Still, should be a great show on Sunday.

While I thought the Damn Yankees were a bit lightweight as a band, they did one thing right. They got Ted Nugent to shut up and just play his damn guitar.

I won't say ALL his songs are devoid of any value. "Great White Buffalo" was actually very good, but it seems a little hypocritical now that Ted has become the pitchman for "buffalo jerky".
