Anyone heard of Vibrolux (supposedly sound like U2/Rolling Stones)?

Also, Rocket Science....? the singer is Geddy Lee's (rush singer) nephew.. Geddy Lee sings one song on their album

Haven't heard of them, but I have heard and LOVE "Our Lady Peace"

I hear that a group called Tea Party is good, but I've never heard them personally...just some other Rothaholics have mentioned them before...

Our Lady Peace is another band with a singer that just bothers me. His vocal delivery makes me glad I'm bald or else I'd be forced to tear my hair out listening to him. Starseed and Naveed are great songs off of their first album though. The rest of the album doesn't do much for me. I did see them open for Van Halen on the Balance tour and they did an awesome version of Dear Prudence by the Beatles.

That's just about the funniest critique of a band that I've ever read!

Gotta agree to disagree here Glenn, but...that was pretty darn funny! LOL!!

i like new stuff by the tea party, alot. he does sound like jim morrison though.

i have OLP's second disc, clumsy. i'm not a big fan of them, however. some of their songs are okay, but his voice gets irritating more often than not, as glenn said. i think that starseed is their best song, followed by naveed.

Big Sugar is a pretty cool band, cool rock-blues-reggae mix. I've seen them a couple of times here in Detroit.

I've never heard of them, but I love Rush. Geddy Lee is my all-time favorite bass player. He's not too shabby on the keyboards either.

Big Sugar kicks ASS. They just released a new cd. Met them before and they are great guys with a "huge" sound, especially live.

Cool Angel, Kim Mitchell is one of my favorite bands! I have all of his albums! I think the lyrics in his songs are unique and funny and he is a really good guitar player.

I saw this Rock book that had inside of it the greatest guitar players ever, and it had Kim Mitchell no 1 and Eddie Van Halen no 2. I don't agree with that, but I thought it was kind of cool.
