Just read the Scorpions have a new best of collection coming out - Bad For Good: Very Best Of - due May 28. Here's the track list:

"Rock You Like A Hurricane"
"Loving You Sunday Morning"
"The Zoo"
"No One Like You"
"Blackout"
"Still Loving You"
"Big City Nights"
"Believe In Love"
"Rhythm Of Love"
"I Canít Explain"
"Wind Of Change"
"Send Me An Angel"
"Donít Believe Her"
"Tease Me Please Me"
"Hit Between The Eyes"
"Alien Nation"
"Cause I Love You"
"Bad for Good"

How does this compare to their other best ofs? Any casual fan essential songs missing? "Rock You Like A Hurricane" and "No One Like You" are the songs I know (and like) the best, but I still remember some of the others, though I haven't heard them in awhile...

Most of my favorites are on there. I would've added Dynamite and Hurricane 2000 though.

I also would get the 2 CD Best of Mercury Years instead though.
Right Now you're reading my post!

Scorpions Bring The 'Hurricane' On Best-Of, Tour

The career of veteran German hard rock act the Scorpions will be celebrated on "Bad for Good: The Very Best of Scorpions," due May 28 on Hip-O. The band will also embark on a summer U.S. package tour with fellow hard rock mainstays Dio and Deep Purple beginning May 31 in Las Vegas. Four European dates are on the schedule for early July.

"Bad for Good" will feature 18 songs, more than half of which -- including the No. 4 Hot 100 hit "Wind of Change" and the No. 25 entry "Rock You Like a Hurricane" -- have charted on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks tally. The disc will also include two new recordings, "Cause I Love You" and the title track.

The Scorpions debuted with 1972's "Lonesome Crow" (RCA), but didn't hit it big in the U.S. until 1982's "Blackout" (Mercury) and its 1984 follow-up "Love At First Sting" (Mercury), which peaked at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 and included "Rock You Like a Hurricane." Much like Judas Priest, I prefer the Scorps' early-to-mid '70s work.
"There's a Japanese term called wabi-sabi, not wasabi, but wabi-sabi. It means an appreciation for the imperfect, the less than precision. The cowboy boots that you never polish because it's bad luck. That is completely wabi-sabi. Van Halen is that." - DLR 2002<br /><br />"Look! I can see their parachutes! They're ok..." - Tenshinhan, DragonBall Z
