i just saw them in greensboro, n.c. last night... unbelieveable!!! first time seeing them... they put on such a stage show... brian johnson has to be the most underrated rock and roll lead man... and the whole time all i kept thinking was how i wished it was the mighty VH... or maybe they aint that mighty anymore but that show is definately worth going to see!!!

Good to hear this Deputy. I'm going to see them a week from today (April 6) in Cleveland Ohio!!!!

Can you give me a rundown of songs they played, so I know what's in store for me when I see them?

Thanks!

BrokenCombs,

i'm only somewhat of an AC/DC fan, so there were some songs i don't know... but the first two were "you shook me all night long," and "stiff upper lip"... others were, "back in black,"
"rock & roll aint noise pollution,"
"i feel safe in new york city"
"highway to hell"
"hells bells"
...damn, my brain isnt working...

the encore was "tnt" and "for those who want to rock, we salute you" (or however that is)... like i say, there were others i'm just not thinking of, plus ones i didnt really know... i want to tell you all of their theatrics, but i'll let it be a surprise... awesome show though... if i think of more that i'm just not thinking of, i'll post them... i know they didnt play, "money talks," or "who made who"... ones i would have liked to have heard... oh well, if i think of more, i'll post...

dirty deeds, thunderstruck... those are probably the ones i'll be able to name... but they played for 2 hours, so plenty of songs... angus young and brian johnson's energy is amazing... anyway, i need to get off this AC/DC fix, and get on a van halen one... but that's difficult these days...

I love AC/DC !! I remember when Bon Scott passed away and they got Brian Johnson. Back In Black was so KILLER !!

I really would have loved a double bill with AC/DC opening for VH with DLR for a 2001 TOUR !!

Does not look like that will happen. Our boys VH need to wake up and get their act togethor. WHAT A SHAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AC/DC could just play for hours and hours and never run out of awesome songs that everyone knows. Unchained Wolfie, I wish I was going with you even if you do have crappy seats!

Just as a side note, I thought it was kind of funny that during the AC/DC promo TV commercial they have been showing in my area shows a guy in the crowd at an AC/DC show wearing a VH t-shirt!

I saw these guys in '96 on the Ballbreaker tour at the Omni in Atlanta. Great show. I would love to see them again.
