I would have to go with:

    1.Pat Benetar, totally agree Sacto!
    2.Mariah Carey, pre "Glitter" days.
3.Sheryl Crow, down to earth chick who writes good tunes, I dig her.

    1. Stevie Nicks: I had it bad for her back in the 80's. "Belladonna" is a Great, Great album. She's like 52 now and still looks great.
    2. That chick that sings for the CORRS. Damn she's good-lookin. Great voice too.
    3. Mariah Carey: Who cares how she sings. There are more important things.

    1. Tori Amos (fulfills my long-standing love for chicks and pianos--I like her for the same reason I like Joni Mitchell and Rickie Lee Jones)
    2. Courtney Love (I know, I know, she's a $$$ grubbin' this and that, but she made some ballsy music that sent a message to the chicks of today that it was OK to fuckin' rock & play as hard as the boyz)
    3. Billie Holiday--no reason necessary

That's a little woman with voice of... well...

She's got one hell of a voice, and a sound, and she just rocks!

This is too limiting for three...fine

In no particular, and sort of particular ranking...

    1. Juice Newton-Voice of an Angel, and quite nice in her younger years.
    2. Nancy Wilson-Lita Ford, eat your heart out!!!
    3. Rosanne Cash-another sensual voice, and she has greatness runnin in her blood!!!

Honorable mentions/runners up(In no particular order except for Patty Loveless...ahhhh)
    1. Shania-She's sensual, and hotter than all sin, and she was great until her bullshit with the fagstreet boys/nsync took place, what a ruin
    2. Patty Loveless-Again hotter than sin, and has remained as close as she can to country without selling out in a big way.
3.THE JUDDS...I'd just as easily place em number one. Their songs are like Johnny Walker Blue...smooth, and with that writhing Wynonna kick and growl
    FUCK THE DUMB SHIT!!!!

That's a valid point dude. She does tend to sing quite well in the V position now doesn't she.

Seriously though, I'd run with Faith Hill, Stevie Nicks and Pat Benatar. Out.

    For strictly "eye candy":
    -Faith Hill
    -Shania
    -Pink
    -Britney
-the hot blonde girl from "Dream" (I know she's only 18 but SHE is selling herself off as 27. She knows what she's doing. )

    For vocal ability and groove:
    -Mariah (old school)
    -Heart
    -Patty Loveless (what a hottie!)
-Sara Evans (YOWZA!! She'd go under eye candy too!)
