Never liked Bon Jovi. Tend to write them off as wuss-rock.

I don't know what the big deal is about making fun of Bon Jovi. The man has some decent tunes. Plus you gotta give the group credit, here it is 2002 and we're STILL talking about them and they're still writing music, still on the charts, still touring, while rival groups of that era are all but a memory.

Would I put them in the same group of great timeless bands such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Van Halen, and Black Sabbath, and The Doors ???? well DUH, no. But Bon Jovi is still a pretty decent rock and roll band in my opinion.

Screw the detractors~

You know, I was at a puppet show last night and I could see the Van Halen legal team in the background closely analyzing the puppet strings for signs of 'Panama' infringement!!

I'm sure with the timing, the influence was there, but I never Saw Jon as trying to steal Dave's moves too much. But you can tell that Jon has copped a lot from Springsteen, having grown up a fan in New Jersey. That's more when Jon rings phony for me, when he's into his working man schtick.

Anyway, I don't mind Bon Jovi. Not one of my favorites, and I doubt I'd ever go see them live again, but whatever. I don't need ALL of my music to be testosterone driven hard rock.

And no, I'm not going to explain what I was doing at a puppet show last night!

I don't mind Bon Jovi either. They are not one of my favs but I have nothing against them personally either.

They do have some rockin' tunes. My wife digs them. And Richie Sambora has a VERY BEAUTIFUL WIFE.

So do I BTW!

Fuck the wife... What about that fine Fender Strat he played with the inlaid stars I never disliked Bon Jovi. There are some cool tunes... Reminds me of late Dave era, and early Sam era... Songs about good times. Man you can't go wrong

I dunno. I've sobered up a bit now, Maybe I'd had too many beers. The need to rant bout JBJ seems to have subsided somewhat. I think these events are interconnected.

All the string stuff was cracking me up though.

Like em or not, and I do like them, are there ANY other 80's rock acts that are thriving on NEW music these days? These guys were possibly the epitomy of 80's hair bands, the N'Sync of their genre, and they are the only ones still going on their own terms. That says something. What, I don't know, but something.

Ya know, Bon Jovi has been getting on my nerves...wonder if they have a message board we could all fuck with
Gozer the Traveller will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldronaii the Traveller came as a very large and moving Torb. Then of course in the third reconciliation of the last of the Meketrex supplicants they chose a new form for him, that of a Sloar. Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you.
