Hey BKB, You should check out Ace Frehley's solo version of that song. It's an even better version ! They both released it approximately at the same time.
I swear, it's like I'm playin' cards with my brother's kids or somethin'. You nerve-wrackin' sons-a-bitches.

Wow, I didn't realise "Space" and KISS released the same song at damn near the same time - how wild is that? Wonder what prompted Frehley to record it, seeing as it was partially written by Stanley? While checking out the notes on Hot In The Shade, it said "Cadillac Dreams" was countryish? Hard to imagine! And that another song "Forever" was cowritten by Michael Bolton? What the heck was up with THAT?!?

I think he was a composer for quite awhile... I remember hearing an interview with him... and he said, "I wrote for other people for years, and then one day... I thought, I can sing. I can do this."

I remember hearing that back in the day. It was like the bon jovi song with tommy and gina - and it had a na, na, naaa!! chorus -I thought it was CHEESY!!!!

The only song to sound great with na, na, naa's is DLR's 'King of the Hill'.

Ace's version is superior in every way except the vocals. He sounds half-drunk on his cut.

The song is good. The album it is on, Hot In The Shade, is mediocre at best.
