    Have your heard the latest?

Rumour has it that King David's people have inked a deal that will see George Lynch providing his tremendous songwriting and guitar playing talents to a new CD to be produced by powerhouse knob-twiddler Rick Rubin.

Holy mackerel people, this is earthshattering news!

Just think of the succinct punch that Rubin brings to all his projects. AC/DC's Big Guns from the Last Action Hero soundtrack comes to mind right away. And then to have versatile viruoso Lynch included in this incredible hard rock package is simply incredible.

Expect to hear an official announcement soon.

I cannot wait for this one!

WHERE did you hear this? - I'd love for it to be true. George Lynch - I know the name - who did he play with before? - I'm too tired to think properly.

WOW! I'm a huge Dokken fan, so this would be great, but didn't Lynch just finish an album with Jeff Pilson? Hmm...I'd love to hear what kind of sound would come from this project. I hope it's true...Where is this news from?

Yep. Lynch and Pilson just finished up their new album, and are shopping it right now. I really can't see Lynch working with a singer with LSD, as he went through that with Don Dokken.

It would be 'earthshattering' if it was 1986 (no offense to anyone).

Is Dave adding another gunslinger to his collection? I haven't heard about this rumor here in CT.

George Lynch and Dave would never make out of the studio, Lynch has a bigger ego then, well... Eddie. he was the problem in Dokken, not Don. Bad move on both sides, it won't work out. Plus Dokken always sucked live, don't we all remember Monsters of Rock?
