OK...just talked to Bill and he had a great idea. He is/was part of a VH tribute band, called Fair Warning. Two of the members live in Nashville now and they may be doing a gig there in May. He said it is possible to get those two guys to come down, so we could have a private party type-thing and have them play. Of course, this is just a possibility but a GREAT ONE!!! His vote is for the Austin or Dallas area. If we did Austin area, we could still do a tubing trip b/c New Braunfels is close and Austin is still a little more centrally located than some of the other cities. This band is GOOD...and Bill is one of the finest guitar players I've seen play (incredible talent). So...just thought I'd pass that along!

hey filthy150- the name of the place is Nautilus Beach Bar , 830.895.2920- I will be there for work on Apr 3 & 4, and in NYC on the 5th, 6th,and 7th, so come on in on those 2 days and there will a few honeymoon shots on the bar for you guys.

Well if it must come down to a big city gig, then my vote is for the DFW area. Hell, we could all secure some rooms at the Amerisuites hotel down at the West End area. Tons of bars and places to party and no one would have to drive anywhere. Just walk back to the hotel nap it off and party again.

Sounds fun though where ever ya'll decide to meet up. Out.

That's exactly what I was thinking. SNIC and I always stay there when we go to DFW. It is within walking distance of everything you need. And they have a hot tub too!

So lets just say the 2nd weekend in June. I say we all meet in Dallas, grab a room at the Amerisuites and go from there. SNIC and I could even stay 2 nights if anyone wanted to.

I'm bumping this up because T.P. and I have come up with a probable date. If most people are up for this weekend, we're planning on the second weekend of June (10-12) in Dallas. Heather and her husband are planning on staying at the Amerisuites on the West End (close to clubs/bars/restaurants...walking distance). Let us know if you want to plan on coming. RRMB...we hope you'll be down our way by then.

We'll see how things are going. A lot of this depends on what weekends I have for Time At Home. It that weekend happens to fall on what will be my weekend out OTR, I will see about getting a load to the Dallas area for that weekend. I can use it as my "clock reset time." That is a long, involved, boring explaination of DOT regs that I can bore you with then.
