When VH1 Classic started playing the CVH videos before the PC, it was like I was back in 1984 as well. I couldn't believe that a 36 year old college grad with a good job a wife and two kids could be so excited over 23 year old videos--but I was.

Doesn't matter. Girl Gone Bad would be great. It would be nice if they played a few of the more obscure ones or did a spontaneous one once in a while, but they probably won't. VH usually picks a set list and follows it religiously for most of the tour with maybe one song changed out of the list. Dave said they are rehearsing about 25 songs so it would be nice if they played all of them at some point along the way...but probably they won't. I just want them to sound their best, I ain't too picky with what they play.

I think they might play On Fire. When Ross Halfin did their photo shoot, he said Eddie played him a tape of them playing, and On Fire was one of the songs on the tape.
So yeah, Dave can't do the screams anymore, but he can still sing the words.

The songs I want to hear most of all are.......

#1) "Little Guitars" - it's always been one of my favorites and it's pretty cool watching Ed break out the mini-Les Paul to play. The last time they played it live (in MI at least) was during the 1984 tour (well, I didn't see the Cherone tour so that doesn't count).

#2) Hot For Teacher" - imo, it's one of the greatest guitar solos ever recorded. I'd love to see Eddie play this sober to see if he still has his chops. It's an extremely difficult song to play, and if he can play it note-for-note, I will be beyond impressed.

I think they're gonna open with Everybody Wants Some...just my opinion....open with the drums...big intro...makes sense....then again Wolfie picked the set...so it might be something a little different....

Never seen VH with Dave. One of my favs as a youth was always "Ice Cream Man" and I hope Dave can remember the real words unlike many of his recorded shows I have heard.

As far as VH tunes I want to hear... I'd love to hear Beautiful Girls. That song imo is a VH masterpiece of song writing. I'd also love to hear one foot out the door, one of my favorite EVH solos but I'm trying to keep it real. :P
