Ok I've got the code for our old friend, Who's Online. This code is beta and is not perfected yet, so I will be tweaking it until it's perfect, but at least it will be back again very shortly.

No after 10 mins, you go off the list unless you do something on the forums, you don't have to logout. Also, the page that shows where somebody is on forums will be added soon.
