I don't think they ever did it in the studio. I believe its a ZZ Top cover.

Yeah, that's and old ZZ Top tune. VH used to do it alot back in the club days. I didn't know they ever did it live after they made it. Very cool, does anybody know where you can get the rest of this show? Trade anyone?

Man Ed plays with alot of feel and rather flat rips thru this one.

The whole band sounds good on this one as usual...........just another well done cover with VH's signature on it.

It is my favorite live VH performance. Dave actually decided to sing that night.

Which South American show is that from? I can't remember.

That was a cool clip.

This video came from the Van Halen's live performance at Maracanazinho Gymnasium (Rio de Janeiro) in January, 27th of 1983. The first day the band played in Rio de Janeiro (January, the 26th - Eddie's birthday), the sound system was SOO loud that many spectators in the first 03 row needed medical assistance. The sound was supposed to fit the Maracană Stadium, not the Maracanazinho Gymnasyum. Kind of a logistical problem.

Always one of my favorite covers done by VH. You can find it on the Sao Paolo show from '83 over at Guitars101.com

This is hands-down my favorite song from that DVD. One of my favorite live songs of all time. Since there were a lot of cover tunes on Diver Down, I always wished they had put this one on there. If they were playing it live, you have to know they were playing around with it in the studio. With Dave and Mike trading vocals, Eddie soaring on guitar and Al's solid beat, this was the tightest the band was up to that point, in my opinion.

Yea they were tight on that tour, but from the boots I've heard, I'd go with the WACF tour.

I would have also liked to have seen this tune on the album, especially in the place of Dancin In The Streets. I've never been a fan of that one. Dave does sing his ass off on it however.
